Happy Tuesday....Leadership and good communication go hand in hand, wouldn't you agree? In my opinion good communication is an essential characteristic of a good leader. It's important to learn how to truly communicate. Too many times good communication becomes something we wish for instead of something we work for. Good communication doesn't happen automatically. It takes cooperation, teamwork, learning, listening and letting others have a turn. These are all areas that many of us could work on. Really think about every aspect of your communication. Everything from the tone of your voice to your body language is communicating something. Is yours saying what you want it to?
