Healthy Power Breakfast

What Are these Ingredients for as follows

1 Celery Stalk
10 Rasberries
1/4c Blueberries
6 lrg Strawberries
Handful of spinach
1/2 ripe banana as ripe is best for you
1/4c fresh pineapple
1 Carrot
8gr Raw Pumpkin Seeds
8gr Raw Sesame Seeds
8gr Raw Sunflower Seeds
1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper
Lrg Tbsp Almond Butter
Lrg Tbsp Coconut Oil
I Can Coconut Water

Take Ingredients put in Blentec or Magic Bullet Mix for One minute and drink.
This is for me what I call my Power Breakfast five days a week it has enough natural energy to last about six hour with Two healthy snacks in between this enough for two people. Although I drink this on my own. very fillings
